Jeffrey L. Waeghe purchased Skradski Funeral Home in 1979 from its founder, John J. Skradski. Jeff continues the caring tradition established by John. Edward A. Walker joined Skradski's in 1992 and became a partner in 1993. With his guidance and expertise in the profession, the Skradski Funeral Home expanded in 1994 with the purchase of Fassbender Funeral Home of Marquette, and the purchase of the Boyce Funeral Home of Escanaba in1997, renamed the Skradski-Boyce Funeral Home the Escanaba facility shares responsibilities with the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone The Fassbender Funeral Home continues to operate in Marquette in conjuction with the Swanson-Lundquist Funeral Home in Marquette..
