Lorraine Dingler
Resided in Cedar Springs, MI
Died Feb. 24, 2004

Lorraine was born August 27, 1930 in Escanaba, the daughter of the late James and Flora (Nault) Randall. She was raised and went to school in Escanaba. Following school, Lorraine married Theodore Wright. During their marriage, Lorraine and Theodore moved from Escanaba to Lower Michigan. They remained in Lower Michigan until 1982. In 1982, Lorraine and Theodore moved back to the Upper Peninsula making their home in the Rapid River area. Theodore preceded Lorraine in death in 1983. As time passed, Lorraine remained in the Delta County area and eventually met and married her husband, Enoch "Jack" Dingler. Lorraine and Jack were married until Jack’s death in 1992. She then moved to Cedar Springs, MI in 2002 where she spent the remainder of her life.

During Lorraine’s years in Escanaba, she belonged to the Hillside Baptist Church in Gladstone. She also enjoyed reading, crocheting and playing cards with her family during get togethers. Lorraine especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, James and Flora, and her husbands Theodore and Enoch "Jack", Lorraine is preceded in death by: 1 Son: Dennis Wright, and many brothers and sisters.

Kelvin (Teresa) Wright of Hardy Dam,MI

Theodore (Lori) Wright of Bark River, MI

Dale (Christine) Wright of Middletown, NY

Edward (Robin) Wright of Muskegon, MI

1 Daughter: Flora (Clifford) Koster of Cedar Springs, MI

She also leaves to survive, 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Funeral service celebrating the life of Lorraine A. Dingler will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home with Pastor Stephen Patrick from Grace Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Rapid River Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Dingler family for a memorial fund to be established at a future date. The Skradski-Boyce Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Dingler family with arrangements.
