John Wolf, age 100, of Pine Haven Adult Foster Care Home in Gladstone died Wednesday morning July 21, 2004 at Pine Haven.
John was born October 17, 1903 the son of Matt and Anna Wolf who preceded him in death. Throughout John’s life he had worked at the Ore Docks in Escanaba and also at the Michigan Theater in Escanaba.
John enjoyed visiting with people and he was a very health conscious individual.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his sister Emily. John leaves to survive several cousins.
John’s family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Skradski-Boyce Funeral Home in Escanaba. Funeral services celebrating the life of John Wolf will follow at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Jonathan Schmidt of the First Lutheran Church of Gladstone officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Escanaba.
