William J. Reimer Jr. age 67, of Rapid River, MI died Tuesday November 1, 2005 in Rapid River.

William was born March 27, 1938 in Delta County the son of William and Susan (Johnson) Reimer Sr. He was raised in the U.P. and was a woodworker for most of his life.

Survivors include:

1 Son: Calvin Lehtonen of Escanaba

1 Daughter: Kathy Reimer of Flint, MI

1 Brother: Ernest Reimer of Limestone

5 Sisters: LaVere LaCosse of Gwinn, MI; Geraldine Lafella of Flint, MI; Marlene Campbell of Flint, MI; Flora (Delmer) Smith of Caro, MI; Judy Lemcool of Flint, MI

Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by:
1 son; 2 brothers: Charlie and Henry; 2 Sisters: Dolly Johnson and Jane Reimer

William’s family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 A.M. with Pastor Ted Jolles of the Limestone Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Rapid River Cemetery. Luncheon will follow at the Limestone Baptist Church in Limestone.
