Nora McPherson, age 68, former Delta County resident and currently residing in Florida, died Monday, April 3, 2006 in Florida following an illness with cancer. She was a member of the Resurrection Church and had a 42 year nursing career. Nora was a life member of the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary and held numerous offices on state and national levels. She was a very selfless, caring, and giving person. Survivors include; a son, 2 daughters, 3 brothers, 2 sisters, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.  Services will be held in Florida on Friday.
