Greg was born April 25, 1967 in Escanaba the son of Richard and Joyce (Corwin) Feathers. He was raised in Gladstone where he graduated from Gladstone High School. Following graduation, Greg served his country in the U.S. Army where he was stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Upon his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, Greg returned to Gladstone where he worked for the Moondance Asphalting Company and later for the Sabreline Trucking Company.
Greg was a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians and his hobbies included playing his guitar, snowplowing, hunting and ice fishing. He treasured spending time with his family, especially his children. He will be sadly missed by family, friends and co-workers who nicknamed him “Chief” “Big Guy” and “Houlio”.

His wife Mary (Cronce) whom he married on April 23, 2004 at the Harbor Lights Church of God in Gladstone.

2 Daughters: Mackenzie and Maddy Lund of Wilson

Mother and Father-in-law: Dan and Sally Cronce of Wilson
2 Sisters: Kim (Troy) LaCosse of Gladstone; Amy (Pat) Gigot of Marquette
Special friend and cousin, Aaron Popour of Gladstone
Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Greg’s family will receive friends on Wednesday March 14, 2007 from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Funeral services celebrating the life of Gregory Allen Feathers will follow at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor Art Kievit officiating. A luncheon will follow services at the Gladstone Senior Citizens Center in Gladstone. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Feathers family for an education fund to be established for the children, envelopes will be available at the Skradski Funeral Home.
