Timothy “Tim” J. Kossow, age 55, of 417 South 9th Street, died unexpectedly, at his home in Escanaba, due to heart complications. 

Tim was born May 25, 1952, in Escanaba, the son of the late William and Elva (Fournier) Kossow.  Tim attended the Gladstone School System and has resided in Delta County for his entire life.  He will be deeply missed by friends and loved ones.

6 Sisters:  Millie (AL) Castor of Brampton, MI; Julie (Bill) Martinson of Gladstone, MI; Esther Farrell of Gladstone, MI; Martha Kossow of Escanaba, MI; Theresa (Claude) Alexander of Gladstone, MI; Betty (Gary) Martinson of Green Bay, WI

Also listed among the surviving family are many loving nieces, nephew and cousins. 

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elva and 2 brothers, Fred and Pat Kossow. 

A memorial luncheon celebrating the life of Timothy “Tim” Kossow will be held Monday July 2, 2007, from 3:00PM to 4:00PM, at the All Saint Church Parrish Hall in Gladstone.  Tim contributed many hours of his time caring for birds of prey and other animal species.  Memorial contributions in Tim’s name can be directed to the U.P. Raptor Rehab Center 5717 25th Road Gladstone, MI 49837 where funds will be collected for the management of birds of prey and many other varieties of animals.  The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Kossow family with arrangements.
