Theron Michael (LaVigne) Burt, 2 month old infant son of Calvin Burt and Cassie LaVigne died Saturday October 6, 2007 at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor following complications of a premature birth.  Theron was born August 7, 2007 at the St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba.

In addition to his parents Calvin and Cassie, survivors include his twin sister MacKenzie.

Maternal grandparents: Judy (Greg Brandy) LaVigne of Rapid River and Bill (Sheri) LaVigne of Marquette.

Paternal grandfathers: Greg Balenger of Rapid River and Kim Frans of Manistique

Theron was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Tina “Nana” Balenger and 2 infant brothers, Thomas and Alex LaVigne.

According to the family’s wishes, a private service will be held at the Skradski-Boyce Family Funeral Homes
