Jackie A. Hunt, age 25, of Escanaba, died Thursday afternoon August 7, 2008, at the St. Francis Hospital, following a difficult battle with diabetes. 

Jackie was born April 9, 1983, in Lincoln Park, MI, the daughter of Donald and Linda (Keeling) Hunt.  She was raised throughout the United States, eventually settling in Delta County where she attended the Bark River Senior High School.  Jackie enjoyed art work, reading and spending time with her cat.  She loved to spend quality time with her family and will be deeply missed by family and friends. 

In addition to her mother; Linda, her father; Donald and fiancé; Jeremy Terrien, Jackie is survived by:

2 Sisters:  Christina Hunt of Escanaba, MI; Danielle Hunt of Isabella, MI

Grandmother:  Ernesta Cisco of Garden City, MI

Nieces and Nephews:  Zoe, Brent, Joe and Eathen

Aunts and Uncles:  Roger (Val) and family, Curt (Helen), Jim (Cheryl), Irene (Phil), Bill (Maria) and Walt “Hogie”

Also surviving are many loving cousins and friends. 

The Hunt family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00AM to 1:00PM at the Skradski-Boyce Funeral Home in Escanaba.  Funeral services celebrating the life of Jackie A. Hunt will follow visitation, at 1:00PM, at the funeral home, with Pastor Ben Fox of the Ford River Community Chapel, officiating.  Committal will follow in the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.  The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Hunt family with arrangements.
