Evelyn was born September 30th, 1935 to the late Joepeph and Evelyn (King) Doneau in Perkins. She was raised in the Perkins/Brampton area where she also attended school.
Evelyn met and married Clarence Evans on March 22, 1955 and with that union, a daughter Evelyn V. was born. In October of 1968 they moved to Laramie, WY. , returning to Gladstone in September of 1994.
In her working years she worked at Gray’s Café for 3 years, 1 year at Smith’s Furniture Store, 3 years at Sigma N.U. Fraternity House, and for 18 years for the University of Wyoming.
She also found time to love sewing and embroidering. She also found lots of love and space in her heart for her pets, plants and spending time with family. She also enjoyed taking rides up in the mountains. Most of all she loved to fix up the yard and go on picnics. She also treasured collecting cookie jars, salt and pepper shakers, shoes and porcelain dolls.
