Dear Friend:

The Christmas Holiday, which is a traditional time to gather with family and friends, can be a difficult time of year as we intensely miss our absent loved ones.

If you’ve recently lost a loved one, your first Christmas without them can be like opening a painful memory all over again. At the Skradski-Boyce Family Funeral Homes, we believe that many people look to the Church as a "spiritual safe place" to find comfort. Regardless of your faith or spiritual belief, we are proud to let you know that on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 7:00PM, we will be sponsoring an ecumenical service of remembrance, to be hosted this year in Escanaba, at the Central United Methodist Church 322 South Lincoln Road. It is our hope to bring people together to pray, share, or simply listen as grieving members of our wonderful communities begin to heal during this sensitive time. This service is offered as a time to ‘remember’ what is meaningful to your family and to those you love. After services are complete, refreshments will be served, giving you an opportunity to talk with others, if desired, regarding past Christmases and future holidays in the absence of loved ones.

The staff at the Skradski-Boyce Family Funeral Homes would like to extend a warm hearted thank you to all the families who have placed their confidence in us this past year.

Sincerely,

Jeffery Waeghe, Edward Walker, Scott Streichert, Jeremy Davis
